Budgeting information for Facilities Fees.

This CR6 is a simplified version of the BOR detailed CR6.  It can be used for smaller non-capital projects that are typically less than $1M.

Note that the fee calculator only works when the fee is input at $0.  Delete either the 5% or 10% contingency depending on which you want to use.

This form should be utilized for Capital Budget Requests.  In Facilities, all budget requests are submitted on this form utilizing Image Now.  Please see the Image Now manual for instructions.  Also see example on Forms Website of how to complete a budget request form.
