Planned Chilled Water Outage
The next planned chilled water outage to accommodate system improvements will be Feb. 19 – Feb. 20. Certain buildings will experience a two-hour outage, while others will experience a two-day outage.

Custodial Services
Georgia Tech's custodial team consists of more than 240 individuals responsible for cleaning campus building interior spaces. Our award-winning green cleaning program was one of the nation's first at a public university.
Environmental Health and Safety
The Environmental Healthy and Safety (EHS) Department offers oversight, consultation, training, and specialized services to ensure the Institute meets its public health, occupational safety, research safety, and environmental compliance responsibilities.
Event Staging
The Event Staging Department sets up and breaks down many prestigious events each year. The team is comprised of four hardworking individuals who take pride in their commitment to the Institute.
Fleet Management
Fleet Management provides exceptional customer service while maintaining vehicles and equipment in a safe, dependable, sustainable, and cost-effective manner.
GIS and Campus Maps
GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Campus Maps are managed by the Technology Services department and provide mapping and GIS-related tasks for all units within the division of Administration and Finance.
Keys and Locks
The Campus Lock Shop manages keyed entries for all buildings on campus. The office is located on the ground floor of the O'Keefe Building.
Landscaping and Grounds
The Landscape Services department maintains a livable, sustainable, and beautiful 400-acre campus.
Parking and Transportation
Parking and Transportation (PTS) offers shuttle and parking services, as well as support for commuters and cyclists on the Georgia Tech campus.
Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC)
PDC is comprised of planners, architects, engineers, project managers, and interior designers dedicated to sustainable, resilient, and safe campus renovation and development.
Technology Services
Technology Services provides support to I&S employees with computer or technical issues.
Utilities Maintenance
The Utilities Maintenance Department assures optimum operation of the physical infrastructure that delivers utility resources throughout campus.
Zero Waste
The Office of Zero Waste provides and manages Georgia Tech's recycling, waste diversion, and reuse programs.
