The eastbound lane of Ferst Drive in front of the Weber Building will be closed during the work day 12/14 - 12/18.

Between 12/7-12/9 the intersection of Ferst Drive and 6th Street will undergo a restriping effort.

Crane Staging For 10th Street Chiller Plant Will Have Road Impacts
Work on the Tenth Street Chiller Plant will require a crane to be on-site for one day, either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday [11/11, 11/12, or 11/13/20] resulting in a street closure and detour signs at 9th St. & Hemphill St.

Facilities Updates Organizational Reporting to Improve Efficiencies and Communication
In the last year, Administration and Finance has made several organizational changes to realign units and departments in accordance with our strategic direction. The creation of Sustainability, Facilities and Safety (SFS) was one of the more significant reorganizations. Further realignments have just been announced.

The objective of the project was to improve the safety and functionality of research labs on campus with the primary goals of increasing energy efficiency, creating utility cost savings, and ultimately reducing the Institute’s carbon footprint.
